Well it seems we underestimated the logistic problems the german army has to redeploy it troops. The allied command only makes some small attacks to keep the germans on its toes withou risking any looses.

Lack of patience made him to do some mistakes with the D-Day.
All I can say - we both sucked this game - i did the most idiotic pre-barbarossa game ever imagined, he did not have patience with the d-day.
I know we both can do much better at this game.
