Dear gents,

as for the German language non-nouns referring to nationalities begin with a small letter in English it is a captital letter.

@Almabot --- Isn't it English culture to compliment somebody before a grammar lesson? Example: Dear Gents, You've done a great job kicking off the English speaking section of Panzerliga. Oh, by the way, languages are typically capitalized.
